STANLEY FATMAX Pro 2/3 Shallow Organiser, FMST1-75779

Brilliant bit kiy that snaps onto the rest pof the Stanley line, great for keeping nits and bobs together and built like a tank.

These cases appear to be well made and although I haven't had the opportunity to give it a work out but overall I'm happy it arrived safely and when stated no concerns would recommend highly

Seems well designed and well made. The lid is held by simple press clips that don't look very robust and frankly are something of a short cut to save money.

Upto the usual high standards of fatmax perfect for keep all my little sleeves organised and separated even when it get flipped over by the apprentice!

Just what I needed

The lid doesn't feature the metal cantilever clips like the other Fatmax Pro organisers, however if you engage the grey clips at the sides, which are normally used for stacking boxes, this will secure the lid firmly in place for movement. The lid doesn't fold all the way back, but is stayed around 100 degrees. The handle springs out for carrying and is grey rather than the yellow in the picture. The plastics look to be of high quality. The top is crystal clear and the yellow is vibrant. The bins inside can be stacked on top of one another. Internal dimensions for large bins are 103mm x 73mm * 47mm and for small bins 73mm x 47mm X 47mm (as measured from tops, bottom are couple mm smaller).

Returned item as personally I felt clasps were a bit flimsy and the handle a similar thin plastic for loading with a lot of screws/nails. I have an older slimline version which I personally think are more substantial and give confidence, also it has a more comfortable better handle design.

Das Fazit in Kürze: 5 von 5 Sterne. Ein hochwertiger Sortimentskasten für den professionellen und privaten Einsatz. Zwar liegt der Preis über dem einiger Wettbewerber, doch rechtfertigen Qualität, modulare Austauschbarkeit und Langlebigkeit den Aufpreis. Ich habe bereits mehrere dieser Organizer im Einsatz und würde ihn jederzeit wieder kaufen. Die längere Version: Erster Eindruck: Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut. Der Organizer wirkt robust und von Handwerkern durchdacht. Das transparente Deckelmaterial ist solide, was den Inhalt gut schützt und die Übersichtlichkeit erhöht. Anwendung: Ich nutze aktuell zwei dieser Sortimentskästen sowie einen etwas größeren FatMax Organizer. (siehe Bilder) Einsatzbereiche sind Schrauben, Dübel sowie nun auch Kabelklemmen und -schellen. Besonders schätze ich die herausnehmbaren Innenfächer und die Möglichkeit, diese zwischen verschiedenen FatMax-Modellen zu tauschen. Praxistest: Der Organizer hat sich im Arbeitsalltag bewährt. Die Deckelverschlüsse halten sicher, und selbst bei Transport oder Lagerung bleibt der Inhalt ordentlich sortiert. Das Stapeln mehrerer Einheiten funktioniert zuverlässig. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Die Innenkästen sollten separat nachbestellbar sein. Bei Verlust oder Defekt wäre ein vollständiger Neukauf des Kastens nicht angemessen. Zudem habe ich Unterschiede zwischen meinem älteren und dem neuen Modell festgestellt: Der Schriftzug „Stanley FatMax“ auf dem Griff fehlt beim aktuellen Exemplar, ebenso der Aufkleber an der Front. Ich vermute, dass dies aus Kostengründen eingespart wurde. Bei einem Produkt in dieser Preisklasse ist das bedauerlich – ich hoffe, dass nicht auch bei der Qualität gespart wird.
