I have been taking vitamin D3 for three years now and have noted that this is one supplement that definitely helps to keep colds and flu at bay. I ordered this Pro D3 liquid, because I prefer liquids and colloidals to tablets as they are much easier to take. The D3 comes in a plastic bottle and also in the box is a small syringe with 1ml divisions. The top of the bottle has a push fit hole that allows me to insert the end of the syrenge into the top, turn it upside down and extract a measure of the D3 liquid for dispensing into a drink, like a smoothie. As with most of these liquids, there is hardly any taste and therefor the small 1ml portion does not change taste or texture of the smoothie. Ihave to say that although a bit cumbersome, compared to a dropper, or dispensing on a teaspoon, this method is so much cleaner and more accurate than anything else. The D3 looks like it ticks all the boxes in terms of purity. Free from lots of additives and nasties which is good to know. I thinks this is a good product, well presented and with a clean intelligent method of dispensing, plus of course the huge benefit of being one of the best immune boosters available.

I often get joint pain when I haven't had enough vitamin D. I cake on my sun cream and reapply but also work from home a lot so I don't think I get enough of this vitamin than I need unfortunately. As a result, I end up getting pain in certain specific joints like my knee (not both but just 1). I find vitamin D supplements help though it takes a bit of time to get to work of course. I normally take the capsule kind so this liquid version is very different. This vitamin D is in an oil based solution so it's no surprise it's oily tasting (first ingredient is sunflower oil). You don't pour into a spoon but rather use the included syringe to measure the correct amount. For an adult this is 0.5 - 1ml daily. It's definitely helped to curb my joint pain which is very helpful! I find this supplement expensive and I'm personally not a fan of oil based supplements that aren't in capsule form. However, this did work and it was fairly straightforward to use. Also I found the method of taking this supplement fun because it's so different to others I've had in the past. I've removed 1 star solely because of the cost.

Love that a product like this exists. Caters to a lot of people that have dietary restrictions. This also serves as a perfect alternative to caplets/capsules. I really appreciate that a single bottle should last an adult at least 3 months. That’s following the recommended 1ml daily intake. Would even last longer if taking 0.5ml per day. A syringe was even supplied for taking accurate measurements. It also doesn’t taste too bad either. Overall I’m very happy with this and would definitely buy again.

This vitamin D supplement comes in a plastic bottle with an oral syringe for administering. It is oil based (sunflower seed oil) and claims it is orange flavored, but it barely had any taste at all. There's no sweetener whatsoever, it just has a very, very mild orange fragrance to it. I don't mind this, but the lack of flavor does make it a bit unpleasant to take it on its own as it just takes of oil; I suggest putting it in a smoothie or in cereal etc.

At some recent tests my daughter was identified as vitamin D deficient, although the nurse said most of the UK is in the winter months with there being less sunshine. I got her some tablets but she has struggled to swallow them so when I saw this I thought it was worth a try. She much prefers this and its easier for her to swallow.

This is perfect for adults and children. Very expensive, I probably wouldn't buy again, but decided to try for testing purposes. Vitamin D does tend to be quite expensive in these forms. Tablets are a lot cheaper. If I were using this for my chosen dose of 4000IU each day then there are 50 doses in this bottle. The dosage is very clear on the packaging. Rda for children is 400IU and adults can have up to 4000IU for optimum vitamin D benefits. We lack sunlight in the winter and vitamin D is a good supplement during the winter months in the UK. It can also boost immune system so essential for keeping cold and flu at bay. The liquid comes with a very accurate syringe in order to measure your dosage correctly and is easy to administer from the bottle. I found the taste to be very mild orange, quite an oily taste, to be expected as vitamin D3 is found in oily fish and egg yolks. Its palatable, but for the kids I have added it to their drink. It's such a tiny amount for kids that's it really isn't noticeable. A really good product, premium liquid form vitamin D3 supplement and ticks all of the UK manufactured standards.
