My first nice gaming mouse.
Pro tip: This mouse is FREE if you purchase one of the below keyboards. Simply add the mouse and a keyboard to your cart to redeem: ET Robot RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard 16.8 Million Color LED Backlit and Exclusive Side Light with MX Blue Switches USB Wired Aluminum Chassis OR Etrobot Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Red LED Backlit with Blue Switches USB Wired Aluminum Chassis (Black) Dang this is quite the upgrade from the crappy included mouse or office mouse I have used in the past. It is so smooth and feels very comfortable. The clicks and scrolling are very satisfying. The base is a solid piece of smooth metal so it glides nicely across my mouse pad.I couldn't figure out how to change the RGB settings. As far as I know it just does its own thing and cycles through colors. Maybe i'm missing some instructions but I couldn't figure that out. I wish I could make it match the keyboard and have the colors synch up.Other than that its the best mouse I have ever used. The RGB lighting isn't that important to me so I would buy again.

Great mouse for the price! Did require an easy firmware update to work properly.
As far as the mouse goes, it's excellent for the price I paid. It came well packaged. It's a fairly heavy weight, which I like, and has an all metal base plate that helps it just glide on the mat. The Omron Micron switches feel great and should last. The RGB lighting is pretty basic, but it does have available software for some customization. You can set the breathing speed, solid color (full array of colors), brightness levels. You also have options to set the DPI values for each of the 5 button clicks, polling rate, custom macros, and some other stuff. As far as build quality and functionality goes, I'd give this 5 stars (considering the price point). Now for the cons...There are NO instructions included, aside for some almost translated writing on the box. To get the software for the customization, you just have to search the web for it. A quick search for "James Donkey 125" led me there on the 2nd page. As another reviewer pointed out, changing the settings in the software just caused my lighting no not work at all, ALTHOUGH!!! all it needed was a firmware update, which is easily obtained and applied from the software. After that everything is working flawlessly. The last "con" is no fault of the product, which is GREAT, but the Amazon product page has some false information. This is a 5000 DPI optical sensor mouse, not a 7700 DPI sensor.Overall, I would absolutely recommend this mouse so long as you can handle getting the software and updating the firmware without instruction.

A little bit on the heavier side
I bought this mouse about 2 weeks ago as part of brand new gaming rig. Throughout these 2 weeks I've used it to play competitive games like Rainbow Six Siege and dota 2 and I have mixed thoughts about this mouse. Firstly, I want to talk about the mouse itself. It had a plastic body and a fully metal base. The plastic has a layer of coating on top that makes it very smooth to the touch, feels really nice when holding it. It does not have adjustable weight like the previous mouse I had and the metal base makes it quite a bit heavier than the average mouse. I personally prefer heavy mice because they feel more stable and accurate. However; if you prefer light mice, this might not be for you. Now let's talk about the software. The package does not directly come with a driver installation disk and the driver does not automatically install when the mouse is plugged in. So to customize the mouse I had to dig through the internet to download the software. Once downloaded, the interface was sort of confusing and it was not simple to set up the configuration. The software should definitely be improved. So in the end, at the price point of 34.99, i payed more than I should have for this product. I mean it feels great, i love the metal base but it comes at a hefty price.

Software is terrible
Well first off the warranty card is completely in Chinese lucky for me I was able to translate it and find out it was the warranty and second it says there are six customizable buttons 3 of those are left and right mouse buttons and middle mouse button and so only three actually program able buttons but if you can find the software it won't work so you really don't have any programmable buttons and the rgb turns off if you change any setting off default the one thing that did work was the changeable dpi so as a Normal non rgb mouse with changeable dpi it's usable but as a gaming mouse there are much better places to spend your money and on top of that it only goes up to 5000 dpi not 7200 dpi like the advertisement says so basically the mouse works aside from the programmable keys and rgb

Surprisingly high quality
Only had it for a week, but the metal base is slightly polished and way smoother than a typical hard plastic mouse bottom. It glides very effortlessly on a mousepad. The color changing looks good and the DPI switching is quick and painless. I'll pick up a few of these for work to replace el-cheapo HP/Dell mice around the office.

Review: James Donkey 125M
Guys, this is an average mouse. The tracking is not "professional" level, but it gets the job done for the price. I use this mouse at work and use a Logitech G302 at home. Also, the drivers are TERRIBLE. Drivers are NOT included in the package. You have to scrounge around online to find them. To top it off, the drivers do not seem to work properly for this mouse (James Donkey 125M).

Perfect mice for fingertip/claw grip fps gamer
This mice is great for the fingertip/claw grip fps gamer with small hands. I prefer very low sensitivity and tend to press down heavily on the mice when playing FPS games such as R6: Siege. This mice is unique in a very important way for gamers that tend to wear down the mice feet/skates after a few days of use. As it has an aluminum chassis underneath, one no longer needs to continuously replace the mouse feet. Major brands such as Razer, Logitech, and SS should really take heed of this and give gamers what they actually need instead of doling out cash to 'improve' the sensor and adding fancy RGB lighting.
