Are they gel capsules or coated capsules

They are light brown in colour, which probably means that they're coated? Best I can do!

previous pack was: lutein 30 mg., meso-Zeaxanthin 10, zeaxanthin 6 BUT new pack is 10mg, 10mg, 2mg respectively...anybody know the reason for this

Hello, Our 30-10-6 is a different product you purchased from us last time. 10mg, 10mg, 2mg is correct for this listing.

Can 10 year old also take this?

The directions are for adults which usually means from the age of 12. The directions also suggest seeking the advice of a health professional. I would also consult your ophthalmologist.
