Product as described
Bought this for a rescue collie I had just taken on. Was advised by a dog trainer to get a slip lead to help with the dog pulling. For the size of my dog, about 22 kegs, this lead is fine but I would want something thicker if I had a larger dog. The quality is as you would expect for the price. It was delivered earlier than indicated and was as described. The attachment to stop the collar loosening does not work at all well, it just rides up the lead - a way around this is to put an elastic band on the lead and move it up behind the attachment to stop the collar from loosening.

Quality lead for wonderful walks.
This is a really good quality lead, nice and gentle but effective. The leather is slightly stiff at the moment but will I am sure supple up with wear. Would highly recommend this product.

False leather!! It’s a shame that amazon sells these products!
Leash sold as made with real leather is actually made of bad quality synthetic material! It’s a shame that Amazon has these deceiving products for sale!! After being used 4 times with my dog, the leash is wearing off and showing that it is not made of real leather. A real fraud!

Well made product but I personally made a mistake regarding them being quite short and thin and they look a little out of scale for my two large retrievers after always using heavier longer slip leads, which I prefer, but they are made of nice leather and very light to carry, it's just a personal preference!

Leather slip lead.
Very nice lead but it wasn’t very long. It was described as long but seems to be the same as a normal one. Contacted seller to see if they did a bigger one but they didn’t. Kept it as a spare one anyway as it’s nice and soft.

These leads are excellent quality, at first I thought they might scuff ...
Purchased a couple of these leads last April for my dogs, unfortunately lost one recently. These leads are excellent quality, at first I thought they might scuff and snap easily but couldn't have been more wrong. I have used them every day in England and they have survived 5 weeks on the beach in Spain this year enduring lots of salt water, sun and sand, they came home in excellent condition. These leads are much slimmer and more flexible than the traditional rope slip lead, I'm very happy I could get some more.
