There were 10 balloons in the pack. As to the size, they were part of the party bags I gave out. But I would say they were 10 inch balloons.

Can these be inflated with helium?

I guess so...but you should be aware that the balloon would float the other way up (to the picture above) so the skull and crossbones will be upside down!

Are the skulls on both sides of the balloons or just on one side?
