This is by far the best multivitamin I have ever taken. After a few weeks of taking this everyday I missed a couple and noticed a drop in my overall energy. My nails grow so fast and are super hard. Which I have never had before.

I have taken these for about 60 days now and I really feel like they keep me healthy. I work at a school and I started taking these and so far have not gotten sick even though the kiddos have been.
