Damaged Rudraksha
I bought a rudraksha of four faces which was damaged one. I sent them back with the courier charges of 150 from Bengaluru to Mumbai. They must check scrupulously before sending the Rudraksha. Do not always go by the website details. I don't get a response from the customer care even after multiple calls. My overall experience with this rudralife was bad.
