These books are not credible
I have the edition to 2014 and the edition to 2021. The newer version is a cut and paste of the old one up to 2012 where suddenly most of the ‘must see’ films disappear from 2012 (a year in which there are suddenly no films- Django was in the 2014 edition ) to make room for films that total to 1001 in recent years. Nothing before 2012 (even the artwork) changes. The films that are added only change the last few years. Jay Schneider cannot seriously think this an objective study from 1900

No parece que vaya a salir una nueva versión pronto, así que esta que llega hasta películas del 2021 es la más actual, el libro está excelente, con tapa dura y descripciones y pequeñas reseñas de las películas (ojo porque algunas que he leído de películas que ya ví tienen pequeños spoilers). Al inicio del libro trae la lista completa de películas para ir marcando las ya vistas.

The best of its kind no doubt. Must have for movie lovers.
Since receiving this marvellous book I’ve hardly put it down of an evening before I settle into movie time. Wow, what a comprehensive guide to so many wonderful films from over the years, and although there seems to be plenty of similar books out there, this is the one you want for sure. Highly recommend.
