I like the simple ingredients and decent dosage here in each single capsule serving. I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around 2 months. Pretty good value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider.

CoQ10 is good for fatigue and lethargy so if you’re struggling in that area at the moment these would be worth trying. The capsules are easy to swallow and tasteless and the price is competitive given the bottle will last you 2 weeks.
