I started using this product a few years ago while on keto and ever since then I’ve been using it even off keto and it just works. I see a noticeable difference in energy wise on days I don't end up taking it. Clean ingredients for the most part and they drop new flavors consistently which helps stave off the boredom of drinking the same flavor repeatedly. My current favorite is the Welch’s grape, but you can't go wrong with the lemon crush either.

I absolutely love these! Even better that the red dye has been removed. I never get cramps when I drink these, but do with other brands. Definitely my go to. A pretty strong flavor, I mix in a 32 oz bottle and it's perfect.

I am a huge fan of ghost cherry limeade energy drink! So, I had to give this a try. The flavor is delicious although it tastes nothing like the energy drink. It tastes more like a cherry slushy. It is very sweet. It is sort of expensive even though I got it on sale so it cost me just under $1 a packet. Cheaper than the energy drinks. Thought it would be a nice after workout drink since it has no caffeine and I already drink too many ghosts a day as it is. You can taste a little bit of the powder in it but I don’t mind it’s not bad . Overall, I would say this is a quality product and would recommend it. Super sweet! I use 1/2 a packet per water bottle and still pretty sweet.

I love the taste! I love the fact that it doesn't have that nasty sugar free aftertaste. Nor does it taste like salt like so many hydration drinks! Loved it so much I ordered the cherry limeade tub and that tastes even better!! Side note, I use 1 packet in about 26 Oz water and it's plenty of flavor.

I've been using Liquid I.V. Firecracker (Popsicle) hydration multiplier for a few weeks and decided to give this Ghost Sonic Cherry Limeade a try as another flavor option. This one really hits the mark for me! It has a very strong cherry limeade flavor, and you don't taste the saltiness of the other ingredients like you typically notice in most hydration packs. It is a little too strong for a regular 16oz bottle of water in my opinion, and has a very sweet flavor when mixed at that ratio, so I usually put about half a packet in about 12-14oz of water to lighten it up a little. It seems to work well because I have been working outside building a tiny house in 110-115 degree heat and when I start to fade I will drink one of these and I am quickly ready to get back to it, and I'm 55 years old and not in the greatest shape. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good tasting hydration mix that doesn't make you think you're drinking lightly flavored ocean water. I know there are a lot of brands and flavors out there to choose from, but if you're a fan of cherry limeades I'd give this one a try!

I should first say that I LOVE these packets. Especially the Cherry Limeade flavor. It tastes like I'm cheating with a real sonic Cherry Limeade. I would make them by the pitcher full and it was super helpful for helping me stay hydrated. I have used these packets for almost 6 months now and have been dealing with some pretty unmanageable eczema. I recently came across some research that supports evidence that Red Dye can wreak havoc on our gut's microbiome and cause dysbiosis which makes your gut lining more permeable and bad bacteria can leak from your gut and cause chronic inflammation/illness. I realized since I was drinking at least one packet of this a day that the red dye from it could be the culprit of my eczema. I decided to quit drinking these packets about 3 weeks ago and my skin has made a 70% turnaround. It is now healing, feels like skin again and along with a probiotic I am taking I am confident I will get my gut and skin back to status quo. I say all of this to say that I strongly suspect that the red dye in this electrolyte packet was a culprit. I absolutely loved it, the flavor, the nutritients, how easy it was for me to drink my water, but the red dye needs to be removed in order for me to purchase again. I'm hoping the manufacturer sees this and can use color alternatives! The photo I am attaching shows when I was consuming the electrolyte packets on a daily basis and 3 days after I stopped. I am not particularly sensitive to red dye either, it can happen to anyone who consumes enough of it. I was drinking roughly 1 packet a day for it to cause all my skin issues. Please please please find an alternative to the red dye 40 so I can go back to enjoying this delicious drink!

This is my new favorite and go-to for my daily hydration boost!! For my liking, it's a bit too sweet, but nothing a little extra water can't help with! I also found that it's a bit harder to dissolve than my former "popular-brand" packets ... but I figured out a trick to get these to quickly dissolve. 1. I grab a ROOM TEMP bottled water. 2. I pour half the room temp bottled water into my 30oz tumbler (this makes more space in the bottle) 3. I empty the packet into the remaining bottled water, screw the cap on and give it some serious shaking. 4. Once shaken, I make sure there are no chunks falling to the bottom. 5. Then, I pour it into my tumbler. 6. Lastly, I add ice to my tumbler AND top off my tumbler with cold, filtered water and swirl it around! *chef's kiss* Perfection! **I do add about 6-8oz of cold filtered water as this helps dilute the sweetness for me. Since losing 60+ lbs with a GLP-1/GIP, my tastebuds and cravings have drastically changed. I don't think the "old" me would have thought this was too sweet. However, the "new" me that hasn't had (nor craved) a soda, ice cream, donut, etc in 6 months finds it to be very sweet. Again, nothing a little extra water can't fix. I REALLY appreciate the fact that GHOST has less sugar in their hydration packets. Honestly, I had no idea the previous hydration packets I was using had significantly more sugar in them as I never really bothered to check nor compare. I will definitely be ordering these again!!!
