I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this was and how great it looks in our master bathroom, which has black iron accents. It is also so easy to change the paper towels. It is a very high quality in how it is made and how it looks. I would not hesitate to buy this, because you will love it and it might sell out and you would miss out on getting this.

This is an exquisite (can I use that word to describe a paper towel holder??) item that will add glamour and sophistication to any kitchen. OK - I may be a bit over-the-top on my praise; however, you won't be disappointed when you unpack this item and place it on your counter for use. Truly a lovely piece.

This is the second one I’ve ordered, the first one I sent back because it didn’t come with all the parts to assemble the rod to the base. I ordered a second one after returning the first and it’s the exact same thing! Extremely disappointed as this was a gift for someone

There is nothing in the base or attached to the rod to make this stand up, when you put it in the base it falls over. This is the 2nd one I've ordered, the first one had the same defect.
