Its seems well enough made and yes its real leather but I wouldn't like to say for sure what animal it came from although its said to be goat leather..probably is. The one thing lats lets it down fo me is that the holes in the straps dont match up evenly and the staps are a little off perpendicular wise but, its not bad unless you are a bit OCD. the capacity is not as I had hoped but it is true to the size that they say (external mesurments). I would say that its ok for the laptop that is in the picture and would have enough space for your needs if you are using it for that purpose. It has two external pockets and three internal, the middle one I presume are for the laptop. It seems like its going to be tough enough for everyday use but I am going to treat it to some leather conditioner as due to its thickness its a bit stiff and yes it does smell a bit of leather? but not any worse than any other supposed leather product. So, over-all I would recomend it if not only for the price but value that the price doesn't reflect..

I bought this as a travel bag to hold my 13 inch Macbook Air, several paperbacks, my wallet and passport and other overnight items for when I travel by aircraft of ferry. It meets the size criteria of all airlines, is easy to carry over one's shoulder and is far more compact that my work bag that I used to use. It smells of leather which has a pleasant fragrance and is very well stitched together. It has generous straps with secure buckles to keep the case flap closed and I found that it is simpler to pull just one strap through a buckle for ease of access when passing through security control and when carrying out transaction. I love it for its amazingly compact shape and size and yet holds an extraordinary variety of personal possessions in its various zipped compartments. My best buy for 2022!

A nice little bag with a decent enough storage space in it. I took it on a flight as it’s small enough to fit under the seat. But – it smells – strongly. There was I, waiting for my flight to be called when I was assailed by a stink. I wondered where it came from before I realised it was the bag on my lap. It’s a pity. I shall try to treat it with leather polish to see if that works, otherwise I’ll have to send it back. I like the bag and would like to keep it but I’m not sure I’ll be able to.

Have been looking for something like this for some time. Cost is very good for the product, a lot cheaper than others I have looked at. Holds everything I need in it, use it as a overnight bag for shaving kit etc plus books. Nice size didn't want anything too cumbersome, so its versatile. Seems well built but I have only had it for a short while so am going on how it is at the moment. Yes, there was a odor when I took it out of the plastic back, however this has now gone since I hung it up in my office.

The bag is a good size for the laptop carrying. It’s well designed and has a good number of useable dividers. The price is GREAT but.. the leather is very thin and mine is already creasing and not in the “aged” way I like. It looks cheap because of this. The straps are paper thin and do not inspire confidence at all. So a 3 star because of the design and the price, but I don’t think this will last as long as the others I’ve had over the years.

Despite the protestations in the description, I am pretty certain that the bag I received is not real leather, goat or otherwise, but some kind of vinyl, otherwise why would it have a cloth backing? It looks and feels like my school bags from 50 years ago. I bought a briefcase type bag recently, different supplier, described as buffalo hide, and that is made of a good thick leather. This bag bears no comparison, nor to a genuine goat leather bag I got in the search for a briefcase, sent back because it left tanning oil everywhere. Size etc is OK, except the strap is so long, the bag dangles by my knees on the shortest hole - I am only just below average height. Going back as I don't want tat.

The laptop case is of very nice quality, looks good and a lot more expensive than it was. Happy with the product and delivery too. All in all a good buy. Thx

... das kommt nämlich vom Gerben und ist sogar ein Qualitätsmerkmal. Dirk R. hat offenbar noch nie eteas aus echtem Leder besessen, kannte nur das chemisch hergestellte Kunstleder und ist nun furchtbar erschrocken. Die Tasche sieht sehr gut aus, liegt unter den üblichen Maßen, genau das Richtige für jene, die ein stilvolles aber möglichst kleines Lederteil haben möchten. Ein 13"-Notebook paßt etwas schräg gerade so hinein, einen A4-Block kann man sogar auch noch hinein stopfen. 10-12" Tablets und Notebooks passen prima, Mft-Systemkamera mit Pancake-Objektiv läßt sich auch zur Not verstauen - alles in allem: klein aber fein, echtes Material und sehr guter Preis.

Beautiful product. Leather obviously needs to be worn in for a more authentic look. It was a present for my son for his artwork and he is really happy with it also. I would recommend.
