Very good smoker I have some lovely smoked salmon from this cold smoker

Brilliant product and very easy to use
I bought this as a present for my husband. We have lots of BBQ's and would love to flavour our meat and cheeses (flavoured cheeses are so expensive to buy), so this seemed the perfect solution. It arrived quickly and it was very easy to set up and my husband is loving experimenting with it. Although I am usually the cook at the BBQ's, he wanted to experiment with flavour, so I now feel we are a team on this. So if this is your jam too, this smoker is definitely the one for you.

Good compact size , easy to move as not overly heavy.

Missing parts
Very disappointed. Will wait to see what the customer service is like but all I received in the box (which had obviously been opened and sealed back up again) was the cabinet. No shelves, no smoking unit, no fuel and no instructions. So far it's an expensive metal cupboard.

Battered but useable
The box had been opened and resealed so the smoker had probably been returned by another customer The packaging seemed adequate and I damaged I’m not inclined to return the item but would appreciate a financial gesture in return for accepting damaged goods
