Don't Worry about the Brown Box
First, I rarely post reviews of any product, but the lack of information on Tineco's site and Amazon prompted me to do so. Like many, I purchased an S7 Pro, which arrived in a BROWN box. The shipper box label did reference the S7 Pro as the description; I wasn't concerned as I understand some companies pack their Products in a Shipper box or Retail Box (the White Box) that many referenced in other comments. Retail boxes are usually for brick-and-mortar stores so the consumer can view product features when they compare the products in the store. Retail boxes are often not sturdy enough to ship independently and must be shipped inside another box to hold up during transport. Now that we have the Box out of the way, I, too, was concerned that the model I received did not have "ULTRA" mode. When you download the manual online for the S7 Pro, it lists "Ultra" Mode instead of "Custom." The manual I received only described the "S7 Series". The model number listed for the S7 Pro is FW200300US, but the model number on the box I got is FW221100US. I assumed I needed to download the Tineco App to unlock the "Ultra" Mode, so I logged in and paired my device, but the Device Name was "Floor One S7." Again, I did not see "Pro." Looking at the website, I did not find a model number until I looked at the rollers, which have version 1 and version 2. The roller I have looks like Version 1, but it says it's for "Tineco FLOOR ONE S7 PRO/S5/S5 PRO 2 Replacement Brush Roller," but the radio button name is "S5/S5 Pro," and the other radio button is "S7 Pro (FW200300US)" which was not the model I got. If you click next to the comment for "For Tineco FLOOR ONE S6/S7 Pro(SKU FW200300US) Smart Vacuum Cleaners," the answer you get is "Specially designed for Tineco Floor One S7 Pro (order before July 10, 2024)." I admit I still don't know which one I need to order, and it's unclear which is which, but that is Future Me's problem. At this point, I was pretty sure I got the wrong device. Like the other reviews, I got an S7 and not an S7 Pro, even though a base S7 is not listed on their site. So, after reaching out to Tineco's support team for the last few days, they were very responsive and quick to address everything I noticed and the comments. They confirmed, based on the Model and Serial number I gave them, that it was, in fact, an S7 PRO. They stated that the FW200300US has been discontinued, which explains the 2 different roller versions and the comment about "Ordered before July 10, 2024." The comment from the Tineco Support Team: We received feedback from our support team. Please note that this machine is an improved Floor One S7 Pro version. The old version has been discontinued. Based on the feedback from some user groups about the complicated operation of the machine, we simplified the design of the handle and display, and removed the Ultra mode; Tineco is committed to providing easy-to-use machines for all user groups. In addition, the new version of S7 Pro uses soft-pack batteries for the first time in the cleaning appliances industry, which improves the battery life and reliability. The roller brush motor has been improved and can rotate in both directions, which can keep the roller brush fluffy and more durable; Regarding the dirt water tank, it has also been completely upgraded. The new filter device can effectively separate solids and liquids, making it more convenient to clean and maintain after daily use. The graphite pole piece that will not rust can be used to detect the water level, which significantly reduces the failure rate of sensor false alarms. Please don't worry, the machine you received is the correct model according to the serial number, pictures and details you provided. Sorry for the long review, but I thought it was important to understand that I went through all the questions and concerns many of you may have when receiving the device. All in all, I have been using the device for a month, and I love it. I can clean my main floor and part of my basement before the battery dies, about 2,000-3,000 Sqft. I may need to refill the water twice, as there is still some in there from the last clean, and empty the dirt water twice. Tineco Q&A does note that if you don't use the Tineco solution, it could use more water and require more frequent refills and dumping because of the bubbles. So far, it's been a great purchase; I have been eying it for about 6 months, and glad I finally pulled the trigger.

WHAT A GREAT MACHINE
This is a great machine that makes my wood floors look fabulous. With 2 geriatric dogs that have accidents, this machine restores my floors. It is top of the line and I am glad I opted to spend more for this as it is self propelled and easy to work with. It comes with an extra roller and filter and the run time is extraordinary. I have also purchased a Tineco cordless vac too. Their products are well designed and work great. Their less expensive models work well too so you can’t go wrong with any model you buy. Their cleaning fluid only requires a capful and lasts a long time. They have sales too so I bought a large bottle of cleaning fluid since I clean the floors regularly. To think I used to get on my hands and knees to clean my floor, this machine has saved my knees.

Do your back a favor!
This was probably the best gift I’ve ever given myself. While I was taught, like so many others, that nothing beats cleaning your floors on your hands and knees I can’t really do that anymore. I have a couple degenerative discs in my lower vertebrae. 🎈 Even traditional mopping is inflammatory after a while. I used to the the OG O-Cedar mops, but I grew tired of the mop handle randomly collapsing into storage size, and touching the filth. I purchased this based on the reviews, and Amazon’s generous return policy. Ladies and gentlemen, was truly blown away! I won’t post pictures of what the waste water looked like out of embarrassment, but it was impressive! Especially because I mopped frequently! Considering the limited amount of washing fluid it used I was shocked. It’s much quieter than a traditional vacuum, but far from silent. Completely tolerable. You can turn off the voice, but I leave it on so I don’t forget to do anything. It’s light enough for me to lift and carry up/downstairs with one hand. The waste container is easily sanitized, and with emptying after every wash we’ve noticed no odor. Self-cleaning is adequate, and the sound not terribly loud. Washing fluid use is minuscule yet effective making stocking up very inexpensive. Replacement washing belts are inexpensive. The filter is easily cleaned and replaced. And it’s attractive! I don’t mind leaving it out for quick cleanup of spills. This is absolutely not a sponsored review, but contact me guys! I’d gladly promote your product! I’m already suggesting it to family, friends and colleagues!

I wish I had my money back...buyer beware of issues you don't discover until it happens to you.
Battery issues, self cleaning mode issues, Wifi connection issues. I had been wanting one of these for a long time, so I bought this at the very end of July 2024 during prime deal days when it was on sale, but wish I hadn't. I felt like I had done a good bit of research on this product, and really hadn't seen any negative reviews. At first everything was great and worked well, no issues. the only weird thing I thought was that for the self cleaning modes, it says you can select a quick self clean or a super self clean, lasting 2 minutes or 6 minutes respectively. From the time of unboxing I was never able to select super self clean, nor does the manual have instructions on how to select one or the other, nor could I find any information online anywhere about how to do this. (side note - I remembered today that this thing had an app, so I tried connecting it for the first time thinking I had to select super self clean in-app, but was unable to get it to successfully pair to my Wifi or bluetooth. Also cannot find any helpful troubleshooting for this online). I thought it was a minor issue that I would figure out, but still never have. Fast forward about 2-3 weeks post-purchase, I ended up moving back to college, and used it once at my new house, everything went fine. My floor in my new house hides dirt really well, and I am extremely busy with my college program, so I hadn't thought to mop for about 5-6 weeks honestly. This past weekend I did a deep clean of my house, and got my Tineco s7 pro out to clean my floors, which has been sitting on the dock with the charger plugged in since I moved back. To my surprise, the battery was dead. I placed it back on the dock and it said "charging". Went to check on it about 20 minutes later only to find that it had stopped charging and was still at 0%. I wiggled it around some on the dock and it said charging again. Checked on it about 10 minutes later and it was at 8%, still charging. Came back about 15 mintues later and it was magically at 100%. I thought that was odd, but used it anyway. I was able to use it for about 5 minutes, and the battery was down to about 88%, so kept going. About 2 minutes later it shut off and said the battery was dead. Placed it back on the dock and it said charging, and the % kept going up so left it alone for the night. The next morning, I tried to clean again, and it said it was at 100%. Used it for about 3-5 minutes, paying more attention to the battery percentage, which was going down RAPIDLY. After about 5 minutes or less it was dead again. Thank goodness I bought the protection package. I am in the process of filing a claim to send it in for repairs now, but honestly wish I could just get my money back and buy something else, probably not Tineco. I don't understand how this has so many good reviews. After this happened, I looked into this problem and it seems it is a very common issue that I didn't discover until it happened to me.

This is the bomb!!!
This machine is not like anything I have ever seen or had before. It is super easy to use. I made sure all of the big crumbs were off of the floor before I used this. As I started using it, I found that I didn’t really have to push it back-and-forth. All I had to do was guide it because it is self-propelled. It just kind of glides almost sometimes like it’s floating. It picked up everything. The vacuum on it is very good. I was expecting to see wet from the water and mopping, but did not see any water. I bent Down to see if it was wet. And it was. It did a remarkable job Cleaning my floors. I couldn’t be happier. I noticed on dirtier spots, I could push Max and it would clean it really good and then put it back on auto. It talks to you and tells you what to do and I did not find that annoying at all. When I was through cleaning, I put it back on its dock and loved the fact that it was self cleaning the roller. I emptied the dirty water and oh my word. I couldn’t believe how black the water was. I didn’t realize that floor was that dirty, but it seemed to have gotten it all. And it had all kind of gunk in the water that I didn’t even see on the floor. Love love love this machine. I went ahead and spent a little bit of extra money on getting this Particular Machine for two reasons. Number one. It rolled back-and-forth with ease. And number two, because of the battery power. It said that it would go for 45 minutes. I cleaned about 500 ft.² of floor and when I got through, I had 18% power left. Had I’ve gotten a machine that was less than 45 minutes, I would have not been able to finish until it recharged which takes 4 to 5 hours. I am thrilled with this Machine.

Great for Pets — Worth It for Convenience
My husband had a little sticker shock at first, but after using it a few times he definitely understands why we got it. We have three dogs and a cat, so our house constantly has dirt tracked in and hair everywhere. This is such an easy way to mop your floors and get them clean without the hassle of a traditional mop. A few things to note—this doesn’t get all the way under furniture or my kitchen cabinets, so I still have to use a regular mop or get down on my hands and knees for those areas. I’d also recommend vacuuming first, especially if you have a lot of pet hair. Even though it’s a mop/vac combo, it works better when you treat it more like a mop than a vacuum. Value: Is it worth the cost? If you have the money to splurge, I’d say yes—mainly for the convenience and how easy it is to clean the machine itself. Pros: great for pet messes, easy to use, convenient, easy to clean Cons: doesn’t reach tight spaces, works best after vacuuming Would I recommend? Yes—great for busy homes with pets

Cut cleaning time by 75%... saved my hands and wrists.
Modern home, concrete floors, no rugs... two very large free flight parrots - meaning they dont live in cages... so they are flying 2-yr olds with weapons on their faces. They perch all over the home, shredding wood/cardboard toys, eating dry and wet foods, and of course the do-do factor. On specific parrot-trees there are catches below- but let me explain: parrot goes to perch, eats a nut, parts of the nut goes in the mouth... the rest flies across the room. Parrot then eats a piece of sticky fruit, drops half on the floor. Then parrot flies away, covering everything in powder down dust and if molting- tiny down feathers. I had a dyson stick hoover, which basically would pick up 30% (also shooting tiny scraps around as you attempted to run over them). Then I would get out a swiffer-type mop, squirting the floor with water, and twisting my wrist and grasping hard. Then entire process was about 1.5 hours. If there were stuck on-dried items.... they would need to be manually scrubbed only adding to the time and me getting on my bad knees... After my third major hand surgery, I had enough. On a whim purchased this item to hopefully help just a little bit? Okay, here is the breakdown: Ergonomic handle, it twists but machine head stays down. You can easily navigate around furniture. Self propelled- so it is easier than even the dyson stick hoover to use- Noise level is a low purrr, very quiet compared to my dyson stick -Downside of the design is it doesnt go beyond 142 degrees- so under *some* furniture is tough. To clean is super simple and gentle on my hands, it is a couple extra steps at the end, but completely worth it! It picks up everything- unlike the dyson- it sucks up all the crumbs (not just push them around), goes deep picking up stuck on items unlike my mop. Releases water- enough, but thin so it dried very quickly (minutes). I have no iddue with battery life, you just need to play around with how you use it and settings. Overall, I am so pleased, and so bummed I didnt buy it sooner!
