Does the pillow cover always have the red tractor on it, as in the picture? or are there different designs? the red tractor is very important :-p

The bedding design should arrive how it is depicted in the picture. The Red tractor should be on the pillow case.

will this fit a normal size quilt i have cancelled the other ome because it said for toddler bed which is right one

The one I bought was for a single bed. Not toddler size.

This quilt cover says it's size is: Single 138cm x 200cm if a single bed is usually 190cm, how can it hang down so far on the bottom (photo)?

The bed in the picture must be a toddler bed as on my standard single it doesn't hang down like that.

Why does it say quilt if it's actually a duvet cover?

I suppose it should say duvet/quilt cover. When people search, some might put in 'duvet cover' whereas others might put in 'quilt cover'. Anyway - it was pretty clear to me what was being sold. Hope you haven't been disappointed, because I'm very pleased with my purchase. It washes well and my grandson loves it.
