Why does the picture show 100 but you only get 24 pills

I was about to buy 3 bottles of, what the picture depicts as 100 COUNT, when I noticed the description for 24. Definitely deceptive!!!

Can anyone who bought this recently from Amazon let me know the running 'expiration date' for the one you purchased? Thanks!

It has been a couple of months since I ordered mine. I ordered a 300 count bottle. I just looked and the expiration on this bottle is April, 2017.
