I like this product. It tastes nice. Reminds me of cinder toffee and smells like it too which I’m fine with. But it does affect the flexibility of the product. For example, it’s good in coffee but perhaps not so much in tea. So if you’re using this for variety, you might find it limiting. It works for me though.

I like this syrup tho I find it makes the drink very sweet so only have a capful but due to that you can’t really taste the caramel as much.
