Herman Miller Aeron Chair Size B Fully Loaded Posture Fit

Llevo años utilizando sillas de Herman Miller en mi entorno laboral, así que cuando comencé a trabajar desde casa, sabía que necesitaba una solución de calidad. Probé diversas opciones, pero ninguna ofrecía el nivel de confort y ergonomía al que estaba acostumbrado. Sin embargo, el precio de 40,000 pesos para una silla Herman Miller me parecía prohibitivo. Fue entonces cuando encontré este modelo específico a un precio significativamente reducido, ofrecido por DAMASKO ERGONOMICS. El precio era tan bajo que parecía demasiado bueno para ser verdad. Leí las opiniones de otros clientes en la página de Amazon y, debido a varias quejas, me sentí aún menos confiado. A pesar de esto, decidí arriesgarme, en parte porque confiaba en la política de devoluciones de Amazon. La silla llegó en perfectas condiciones y el proceso de montaje fue sorprendentemente rápido, tomando menos de 20 minutos. Desde el primer día, mi espalda ha notado la diferencia. Hoy en día, no sé si las quejas que leí en Amazon son ciertas o si son intentos de impactar negativamente a DAMASKO ERGONOMICS. Lo que sí puedo afirmar es que mi experiencia ha sido excelente. Estoy sumamente satisfecho con esta compra de silla de Herman Miller y con el servicio proporcionado por DAMASKO ERGONOMICS. Si en el futuro necesito otra silla, no dudaría en volver a elegir este modelo y comprarlo de este mismo vendedor.

Extremely comfortable - easy to assemble - worth the investment for sure this chair is next level awesome

I had the following issues with the product: 1) The product I received was missing the Herman Miller authenticity certificate. According to the Herman Miller faqs page, all their products must contain this. Additionally, my other Herman Miller chairs came with the certificate. 2) The chair felt very different than my other Herman Miller chairs. 3) The product I received was damaged. 4) Looking at the product page, it used to say "Remanufactured to perfection" now it says "Renewed to perfection" My problem could be related to the seller I purchased the item from and not this item in general. My advise is to stay away regardless as this is selling at full price.

I will start by saying, I could not have been most skeptical to buy from this seller after reading such a mixed bag of reviews. I felt like it was a gamble making this purchase even with such a deep discount. I am wondering if some of these bad reviews are just plain lies or people bending the truth to get what they want. So here is an honest review from me, someone who thought he was going to have to send this chair back before I ever bought one. This is all just 100% fact, no BS for people that really want to find a review that matters. I purchased the Herman Miller Aeron with posture fit in size B. Order placed Feb 28th 2018, delivered March 8th; just one week! I live in CA and mine shipped from Brooklyn, so I was definitely impressed with the speed. I actually took videos of my unboxing the chair since I was 100% anticipating a crap product, this way damage couldn't be blamed on me and I would have evidence. THE GOOD: Upon opening, I found a 100% genuine and in perfect condition chair. EXACTLY what I purchased down the last bolt. It came tagged with genuine labels, documentation, you name it, it even has the little "secret" bumps under the collar to indicate the chair size. This chair is, without a doubt, a genuine product. People were complaining that with the posture fit you need to push a little wire through the back of "such a nice chair", those people are morons it takes 1 second, it also does not hurt the chair in any way (given you have half a brain). It is also worth noting that you have to do this even if you buy it directly from Herman Miller themselves! I could not be any more pleased, I sit in this chair 8+ hours a day for work and has significantly helped my back as I used to sit in a cheapo Staples chair. This chair comes 90% assembled and came with an allen wrench, All that is needed was a Philips screwdriver. THE BAD: There was a tiny scratch on the leg of the chair that likely happened during its long shipping journey from NY to CA. I think one of the wheels got loose in the box and bonked around making a tiny scratch. SO WHAT DID I DO YOU ASK? I emailed them and within 20 minutes and 1 email with a photo attached, they sent me out a tube of touchup paint (Andrew was whom I emailed with). I also emailed him back a few days later to ask if he had a tracking number for the paint, he replied within 5 MINUTES! This touch-up paint will be wonderful to have no matter what, as I plan to own this chair for a very long time! I cannot say enough good things about this purchase and how I have been treated. Amazing customer service, 5 stars there no doubt in my mind. BONUS TIP: I bought new wheels that fit PERFECTLY and make this chair look even more awesome/modern. Also, screw tacky wheels! They are clear and roll like a freaking DREAM on hardwood floors. One gentle push and I fly across the room like Alladin on a dang magic carpet! No caigan en la trampa, aun por el precio por ser remanufacturada. Llego en mal estado y con los componentes sueltos, rota. No compren!
