For reference, I am 5'5 with a long torso and usually cannot fall asleep on planes because of not being able to get in a good position. Positives: I slept for hours and woke up refreshed on an international flight once I got it in the right position. No neck kinks or creases on my face or anything. I needed to prop it a bit with the tray table to get the right height and angle, but it's easy to inflate (*do not inflate until you are in the air) and comfortable and narrow enough to fit in your personal space on the plane and it blocks out the light. It was easy to deflate and get back into the storage bag it comes with. It stayed fully inflated for the duration of my sleep. Negatives: it's heavy and takes up some space in your bag, but worth the space if you need to sleep on the flight. You cannot drape anything on it or over or anything because it gives you just enough space for good air circulation so my attempt to use a piece of fabric to make it softer just blocked air and made it too hard to breathe. I would recommend this to everyone.

It was easy to use. It provided good support. The only things I disliked were the bulkiness and the covering. It felt itchy to me.

Went on a long trip with husband and some friends. I am by far the shortest at 5'1". It was very uncomfortable for me but worked better for the taller people. I was much more comfortable with the airline provided neck pillow. It was easy to inflate and deflate.

This is the first flight pillow that actually allows one to take a nap during those horrible night flights, especially on low-cost airlines. Instead of trying, in vain, to lean back (which is impossible on a low cost flight, and may be difficult even on more civilized airlines) and trying to find a sleeping position (just to wake up as soon as your head drops), you lean forwards, with or without using the folding table in front of you, thus relaxing (as much as one can, depending on the airline, of course) your body. It inflates and deflates in an instant, thanks to especially wide air valves. It also allows you to tuck your arms in, or rather, under the pillow, so that you maximize your ability to relax your body even while sitting in a cramped cabin on a low cost airline. we've used our 2 pillows a number of times and we don't fly without them.

This travel pillow could be great, but it falls short. Inflating the pillow was easy, keeping it inflated is something else. The hole edges are stiff making it uncomfortable on your face. I'm also 5'2" so it was too big for me.

I'm so glad I finally bought this. I used it on my last overseas flight. I rested using this pillow. I was much less sore and jet-lagged. It doesn't take too long to blow up. It deflates very quickly. It will be with me anytime I have an overseas or cross-country flight.

I don't know if it is because I'm on the short or what but this thing was to high/tall and I felt like I had to stick my neck out to be able to try and use it. It made me very uncomfortable. Buy at your own risk.

We recently took a trip to Mexico in my truck and I had no idea how handy the pillow will come through. It was a two day trip and my little sisters were in the rear cab both sleeping comfortable.
