Great chairs!
We got 2 of these chairs for our office space and they are great quality! They DO spin, not briskly, but easily. The fabric looks really nice with the stitching. They seem pretty comfortable with the memory foam padding too! Also, great customer service when I had a question. Overall I'd highly recommend!

Just like picture. Easy assembly, sturdy & comfortable. Fabric marks easily. Quality look and feel.
I bought six of these for our dining table and they are beautiful, comfortable and sturdy. They look like a good quality chair. The swivel is smooth and the look is modern. Start by wash your hands after unboxing but before you remove the plastic. The pictures are very small so get your glasses out. The first chair took a bit of figuring, but not more than 30 minutes to assemble. My niece did one from start to finish in 30 minutes as well, with only one question about the large plastic washers which give the chair it's front to back tilt. I did the assembly using our sofa to hold the chair upside down when adding the legs to the body. It was much easier with 2 people than 1. The hand prints and dirty marks do clean up, but the cream color shows everything. I'm buying some scotch guard to protect the fabric in hopes that it reduces hand prints. One of the six came with the wrong size allen-wrench so we had to use another one.

Difficult to assemble but looks good when finished
The chair was a nightmare to assemble. I gave up on the assembly a few times. I finally finished the chair last night and it was defintently worth it. Those who have trouble with the chair not swiveling may want to go back and look at the contruction images. My chair swivels with ease. A good buy for the money.

Looks nice but very frustrating to assemble
I must begin by saying, THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST FRUSTRATING PIECES OF FURNITURE I HAVE EVER HAD TO ASSEMBLE IN MY LIFE!!! As other reviewers have stated, the way the screws are lined up on the bottom of the chair makes it very difficult to assemble the arms. It literally took me 3 hours of painstaking finagling to finally get it together. One tip I would give others who take on the task of putting it together,,,start the first screw at an angle. The point is to just get it in and turned a couple times. It will straighten out as you turn the screw. It's awkward at first but it will straighten. Don't tighten it all the way until you get the other three lined up and started. Then tighten them all up. The base went on fine. And as far as the swivel, it appears the screw at the base of the chair can be loosened up to swivel more easily but I need to find a hex screwdriver that fits that size to try it. Agree with other reviewers, the material on the chair is like a cross between suede and leather. Not even really a micro suede. It does get dirty easily which I noticed while trying to put it together. Very different but also very attractive. I don't hate the chair anymore now that I've finally gotten it assembled but I wouldnt buy it again because I wouldn't want to deal with the hassle again. Hence, 2 stars lost to the headache and frustration of assembly.

Do Not Recommend
It took two people an hour to put the chair together. It's not an easy assemble. The chair is not comfortable at all. In less than two weeks the chair was so uncomfortable that I was in physical pain. It looks great, but that is all.

Perfect to lounge by the window reading a book
I use the next to my plant and Window to read up the book on a rainy day. It's nice and small enough to be in a uncomfortable position. Using a footstool makes it perfect to lounge around. It says swivel and it does just a little stiff take but of effort to rotate, but perfect for me. The material looks leather from far but it's actually cloth. I wish the back was a little longer. But this goes with the look. It's super sturdy however I wouldn't suggest leading backwards too much as is held by only four screws on the bottom with the metal legs. Overall A-, no major complaints. It's worth the price for the look.

Nice chair, good customer service
I like this chair. It swivels smoothly and it is decently comfortable, more on the firm side. It is a white suede fabric which means it gets dirty VERY easily, so that is something to keep in mind. I had a small hiccup with my order missing a few screws and customer service resolved my issue quickly. It is worth mentioning that I saw the same chair listed for less elsewhere.

Elegant - tips on arm assembly
I wanted to share how to attach the arms, which I initially thought would be impossible as they did not line up at all and the instructions are pictures only. I put the main part of the chair on its side with the arm I was attaching under on the floor. I had to push down gently on the opposite side of the chair and keep it at a slight angle away from the top hole of the arm bracket but close enough to get the top screw in slightly keeping the bracket at an angle. I tightened the screw about half way. I then did the same with the other top bracket on the arm. Now with the arm pulled tighter to the chair I was able to line up both bottom screws and tighten those completely, which then allowed me to go back and finish tightening the top screws until the bracket was flush with the bottom of the chair. I then flipped the chair over to the other side and did the same. I love the chair and it is beautiful.
