I run windows 10, will this sync up and worth bluetooth if my settings show i have bluetooth options? does it still require batteries and a usb slot?

It will sync up with your computer’s bluetooth running Windows 10. The mouse is rechargable so no extra batteries needed, the only time the mouse requires a USB slot is when recharging the mouse or using the hardwire option.

Can I use the wheel to go back and foward on web pages?

Yes, you can. The scroll wheel has left and right pivot actions that you can map to "back" and "forward" actions in your browser.

Does the scroll wheel have the standard middle buttton or is it the scroll speed control like the 2s?

Pressing down on the scroll wheel will switch scroll speeds. The button below the scrollwheel acts as the middle click. I quickly got used to it.
