Very impressed!
Writing this review at point of failure. Use: Land surveying in Upstate NY 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. Dirt, mud, fields, steep hills of mixed material, woods etc. Bought these roughly 6 months ago. Have always been recommended Keen. I was very impressed with the fit of these boots. They are by far the most comfortable boots I’ve worn. I’ve owned many other brands (timberland, merrell, 5.11 etc). They truly feel solid, but give you great range of movement when needed and support. Tons of room in the toe box area, which is much appreciated. Worked well in the wet and recently failed because I kept running them through snow many times (1”-2’). They have gone through tons of abuse. I would say, if you are a hiker or work in a less harsh environment, these will last you years, and you will love them. I will be replacing these with a better tailored to my use case pair of Keens.

Great fit
Bought these for my husband as a gift. He loves. He thinks they are very comfortable an they fit well. Only thing is that they do not breathe well so his feet get hot.

Trash
Although the sole appears to be of a more natural toe box shape, the design of the upper makes this boot fit like any other conventional boot. Even in a wide size my big toes feel crowded. The sole also feels uncomfortably hard when walking on paved surfaces. My Columbias have a softer sole and the upper is more forgiving in a wide size in my big toes. Also, after about a month of wearing, the rubber toe trim on the upper is cracking. Update: The soles are too stiff and hard to be comfortable for any type of walking including hiking on rocky terrain. The design that's meant to protect toes is what hurts my toes the most. Update: After 5 weeks of daily use, the soles are starting to separate from the upper and the front of the toe box has cracked more (looks dry rotted). I don't know if maybe I'm not heavy enough for these boots but the soles are unbearable stiff and hard. The offer no cushion effect and the thickness of the heels causes discomfort to my Achilles tendon every time my feet strike the ground. Update: After 4 months of use, the soles have separated from the upper in the toe area and the upper material in the toe area is disintegrated.

Very Comfy and Reliable Boots
KEEN hiking boots are my go to brand for the last 4 years. They have never let me down! The KEEN Circadia boots are one of my favorite hiking boots. I took my first pair outwest to Redwood and Yosemite National Park, and they held up perfectly. They are very comfy and it doesn't take long to break them in. It only took me about a week with my new inserts. These boots are comfy/flexiable around your ankle. On top of the boot, there are lace hooks on the side to tighten the tonuge. (Cross the extra lace before you knot your lace.) The waterproof wax held up very well. Stepping in high water and large puddles were no problem! The traction on the bottom lasted me for about 2 years until it wore out. The traction on the bottom is good for mud and gravel trails. Overall, I would say these boots are great! I am already on my second pair. I would only use them for hiking. These are not work boots.

Built to Perform – A Master Electrician’s Go-To Boot
As a master electrician and electrical inspector, I need footwear that’s durable, reliable, and comfortable enough to wear all day—on the job and off. The KEEN Circadia Mid Height Waterproof Boots were a wonderful buy. These boots are built strong, with obvious attention to quality and long-term wear. The waterproofing is solid, which is important for job sites that aren’t always dry or clean. The ankle support and traction are excellent—whether I’m navigating construction sites, climbing ladders, or walking long distances for inspections. And they clean up well, too. What I really appreciate is the versatile style. They don’t just work for the field—they look good enough for casual wear, and the comfort is there for long hours on your feet. It’s a boot that truly fits my lifestyle, professionally and personally. If you’re in the trades or just want a boot that holds up to real work while still looking good, I highly recommend these.

NOT water proof, but pretty comfortable.
I have wide feet, and these work really well for me when I'm not busting brush for quail and ducks. But to call these waterproof is a huge stretch from the marketing department. These are not waterproof, they are water resistant at best, but will not hold up to a day in the field after a light rain or just hiking through marshland where you might get a little water over the toes of your boots. I needed to modify the foot bed in order for them to fit my extra wide feet, but after hacking up the insole with a pair of scissors they fit very comfortably and are great for all day use. No hot spots or issues when they're dry. I have to be cautious about what kind of terrain I'm walking through because these will soak through and get my Merino socks wet. After that happens it's a high risk for blisters and rubbing. It's unfortunate because they are great in most other regards. I will probably stick with my Danners for ducks and just keep these for deer and elk where I'm less likey to be in persistent wet tall grass/brush and marsh. Update: the rand of the boot started to separate from the upper, I'm thinking this was the source of the water intrusion. I contacted Keen and they refunded me, I've since bought a different pair of boots.

Love my Keens
Pictures are my old Keen's to the left and the new to the right to illustrate the differences. This is my 4th pair of Keen hiking boots. 2 Targhees, 1 Voyager, and now the Circadia. I love some of the improvements with the Circadia. The new bottoms are great. They are one piece at the edge. After 2 years of moderate use, my old Keen's came unglued there. Also there are improvements to the toe area. My last 2 pairs came unglued there (it was after 3 years of moderate use). The new ones have another layer under the wrapped toe. This layer is stitched down. Hopefully the rubber adheres better to this than it does to just leather. The maiden voyage for these Circadia was great. Less slippage. Less issues with mud clogging up the bottom. And we went down some steep, Muddy, Rocky trails. I love the water resistance. My feet stayed dry even after walking thru a small stream. My feet always say, "ah" when I put Keens on. I wear Keen dress shoes too😊 06/03/23 Note: I wore them without a sock and a liner for the first time. I got a hot spot on my toe. The toe box is a little wider than my old Targhee.

Vollkommen überzeugt
Lieferung erfolgte schnell.

Not the quality I excpected from Keen...
Ordered on april 20th 2023 and after barely 2 months of very light use, the right shoe's sole comes off. This is not the quality I expected of Keen Footwear. From my past experience Keen shoes can handle long and rough usage, but I am just "running these in" for my upcoming holiday hikes...
