The product came on time and the guy who came to assemble came promptly the next day. The bed was easy to assemble and has a good and solid feel to it. Overall very happy with the product

The Bed came all the way from Rajasthan & in 3 Parcels. The Parcels were packed so neatly with utmost care so that no damage will happen. The parts were wrapped with Bubble wrap, Placed the Thermocol & other cushioning. I have received the package without a single scratch . All the necessary tools were provided to Assemble the bed. I need to hire a Local carpenter to assemble the bed. The Seller was so responsive & Promised me to Reimburse the amount of the charges by our local carpenter. Coming to the bed, The wood was solid , The finishing was so neat. The Plywood & the Hydraulics Provided were of the highest quality. The bed frame feels sturdy and well-constructed. Given its design, comfort, and durability, the Strata bed offers excellent value for money . I am so happy for the Price that I have paid which included the Amazon Sale offers & Cashbacks.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the bed quality and the prompt delivery. However, the assembly was not done properly by the carpenter. The bed makes noise while sitting or getting off, which indicates the fittings may not be tightened well. Please look into the assembly service quality.
