I WORKED IN KITCHENS FIR 40 YEARS USE CAUTION WITH THIS AND ANY KITCHEN APPLIANCE WITH BLADES This product is a great kitchen gadget becareful with this product as it has very sharp blades please use the safety attachment that comes with it you use to hold item in place it comes with... its precise cutting with the adjustable setting you put it on dont use too much pressure you can widen the preferred width of cut its reasonably priced sturdy and it definitely comes in handy . IT s easy to use great style versatile and has a variety of settings and desired cuts ...functions just as good as a commercial kitchen mandolin easy to clean the speed depends on how comfortable you are with it easy to assemble different blades for variety of cuts

Great item
This is a great item. I’ve never had one before so can’t compare it to others. I did learn the hard way that you SHOULD WEAR the gloves it comes with unless you want to lose the tip of a finger. I like that I can easily adjust it for very thin cucumber slices, etc.
