The handles peel. They split and then start to peel. They actually go right down to the wood. I would have returned them, but I missed the deadline.

Poor quality in manufacturing equals serious nuisance
Bristles fall out of brush constantly. If you have any desire for creating paintings that reflect integrity, don't buy these unless you really enjoy meticulously removing hairs from wet paint.

So far so good. No shedding or breakage yet. But the ink from markers does seem to stay on even after rinsing … I have to rinse multiple times to avoid accidentally blending colours
