Excellent value - a real friend
I've been using my player for just over a year, since an unexpected event took away a lot of my vision and reading printed books became difficult. The player has been absolutely reliable and has been a "God-send". Easy to use with just a couple of things to note; the volume has to be reset each time the player is turned on - even when halted to insert a new disc, and after pressing the "play" button it takes probably 10/15 seconds for the audio to come on stream. ( If you just pause play the volume remains as set and the audio is there on pressing play again.) Book marking works OK if you need to skip back or forward. I use high capacity rechargeable AA batteries and they give good playing time. Wouldn't want to be without my player now. Heartily recommended.

Portable cd
Nice sound and neat to carry in handbag. I listened to it with two or three cds and thought it was ok to recommend

Feelscheap, work ok.
The sound is ok, but every time i turn it on, the sound is VERY LOW and i have to turn it up. It feels as cheap as it is, which makes me a bit nervous that it will not last long. But i had the same brand and model earlier; i guess that says something? You don`t get any more than you pay for, but the sound is clear and it`s easy to operate.

Avoid this cd player
Poor sound quality. Difficult controls. Hard to set up for continued play. Would not play MP3. Visual display hard to see, very small print. A vast of money, nothing positive about this product. Avoid is my advise.

The resume function is particularly useful to me because I listen to recorded books
This Discman Is value for money and works well. The resume function is particularly useful to me because I listen to recorded books. The only drawback is the low volume. It is adequate when there isn’t much background noise but I cannot use it when I’m at the gym or even in the kitchen when the kettle is boiling. This is a pity because it is otherwise a very good player.

Good, inexpensive player
I wanted something for my mum who was in hospital to play some audio Cds on. I needed something that was not too expensive and had the replay function on it. it is easy to use and even though she has partial sight and needs to use a mag glass to look at some things, she is able to operate this device easily just using feel as her guide. The earphones supplied are not the best but I purchased an inexpensive set of headphones for her to put on top of her head and they work really well with good sound.

Good spec but doesn’t work well.
My husband bought this for my birthday and it has been very disappointing. The CD player does not always turn off when the off button is pushed and the disc keeps turning. The battery box does not hold the batteries very well and the wire coil that keeps them in pops sideways and disconnects. The headphones do not stay in the socket and or stay connected even though we have tried several different types of phone. At best I would say this article is mediocre and poor value for money, and we will be looking to return it.
