Seen this ingredient in several meals that we really love & so looked to try & buy some. Found that Amazon stocked it & decided to buy a bottle. Very pleased with our purchase.

I just love the flavour of this soy sauce.I use it to make a nice fried rice to go with family barbecues and parties ect.It's a family favourite.Have used it for many years, this is the first time I have ordered it from this company,it arrived in good time and it was wellpacked.I think it is good value for the money and I would not use any other brand...

You don't need much at all, so it lasts a long time. It adds a subtly sweet umami taste to anything. I've 'rescued' lots of meals I didn't like by just pouring some ketjap manis over the top, again, not much. It's also great on just about any green vegetable.

So pleased to be able to find this as the supermarkets seem to have stopped selling it. A lovely rich and sweeter sauce than the normal soy you can buy. It has a taste of it's own and is addictive. I bought 2 and we are half way down the bottle after only a handful of weeks. Not just for rice but great for eggs too.
