This is an excellent tea! It tastes great and really does have a calming effect. I highly recommend.

I was diagnosed with Insomnia at 15 years old. After 16 years of daily, high THC marijuana use to help my sleep I decided to quit as I wanted to live my life without this crutch. The rebound insomnia from this withdrawal is brutal to say the least. I have many times not been able to quit from the fear and anxiety of not being able to sleep during the withdrawal period. The difference this time, I simply accepted the fact that next few weeks is going to be rough. I decided to create a small "Sleep Stack" to increase my chances of success. I did the following: I took Magnesium Glycinate, Omega 3s, Vitamin D3+K2 + 1 cup of this sleep tea. Just 1 bag. The flavor of the tea is very good, especially with a little honey. Not only did this help me fall asleep and stay asleep: But for the FIRST TIME in YEARS of wearing an Apple Watch Sleep Tracker, I scored a perfect 100 sleep score. This has never happened to me in my life. That alone made me an instant believer. I genuinely believe this tea was the secret to not only sleeping the best I have in YEARS. But getting through the anxiety and cravings of kicking a 16 year daily marijuana addiction. After some research, its not ideal to drink this every single night forever, but to use it when needed for a few weeks at a time. So when the bag runs out, its time for a small break to reset the brain IMO. This stuff works. 10/10

I really liked this tea. I had valerian root before and i always hated the smell but for the first time, I can say I actually thought it smelled good! My past experience with valerian root was it stinks but it’s good for sleep. Not anymore! The quality is great and it looks fresh. I love also love that it’s in biodegradable tea bags. I will definitely buy again!

It has a very earthy taste which I don’t mind, it help me relax and go to sleep.

It is a little more potent than chamomile. To me it tastes like peaches with the peel left on. Overall it is fine. It arrived on time, works okay, and it is a beautiful tea to look at.

Product was good however my stomach had adverse reaction with valerian root tea. It causes lot of acidic buildup and had to take 5 day course of antibiotics to come out of it. People with weak stomach need to be careful about while using valerian root tea
