Absolutely love this product. Having had covid and afterwards still low energy. I need help I can’t take iron supplements but looked in google and it came up with vitamin B1 so as I’d nothing to loose went on Amazon and found this one. Been taking it for just under a week and the difference in me is amazing. I’ve more energy now than before covid. I really recommend this

Prompt delivery of well-packaged product. I bought it hopefully to reduce the risk of mosquito bites when travelling in America- I did not get any bites but there weren't actually many mosquitos about so I can't vouch for its effectiveness!

I take this , because if I Don don't keep my b vitamins up , I Don't feel good ....

I bought this after suffering heavily with insect bites at the beginning of my first summer back home after spending several years abroad. I'd read that it helps to keep the biting insects at bay and was desperate for anything that might do the trick. I've been taking one a day and have only had 1 bite since, realistically it could just be down to building up an immunity but who knows!

I bought these for my son, I usually go elsewhere in the high street, but found that these were cheaper and delivered to my door. We have three dogs who go for at least, 2 walks a day. Living in a rural village by an expanse of water, we obviously get lots of gnats. These prevent you from being 'eaten' alive - they don't stop it 100% but goes a long way to help.

I took them to help avoid mosquito bites this summer. It helped, but cannot say that it totally helped repelled them. I still needed to use some repellent to be totally mosquito-proof.

Did some research and B1 helps ppl with Type 2 and it does................no more tingling in the ends of my fingers or toes.............which is a side affect or type 2 and norm meds don't deal with like Metformin. You need to still take your norm meds with this.............it just sorts out the slight numbness or tingling Type 2 can produce.
