Excellent quality roasting tin
This roasting tin is a very good weight and of a solid construction. With care, it is easy to clean - just leave it to cool and soak it for a few minutes before washing. Best not to use abrasive cleaners on it and also best not to use metal utensils. If you take care of this tin, it will last for years.

Can use on hob and in oven Impressed.
Used today for the first time and love it. Did a roast beef joint and to be able to sear it then roast and then use to make gravy was perfect. Just the right size for 2/3 people meal. Left to soak then hand washed came up sparkling. With a 20 year guarantee what’s not to like.

Handy size and excellent quality
Vitreous enamel roasting tins are getting harder to buy, and I was delighted to find this one, which is a perfect size for one or two portions of roasted vegetables. Unlike the lightweight non-stick type, this can be used over a direct heat for sealing them at the beginning of cooking (including induction hobs), and the enamel surface is safe with metal utensils and easy to clean after use. The tin itself is of really heavy weight steel for even heating. I particularly like the rounded internal corners at the bottom, which aid with cleaning too. To clarify for those wondering about the precise size - the external dimensions including the lip are 270 x 211mm and the internal dimensions at the top are 240 x 185mm. The depth is actually 35mm, not 40 as stated in the description, but this is fine for my purposes. The sides slope and curve to the bottom, giving a flat base of approx 195 x 140mm. The weight is 640g

Roasting tray that’s ok for the price
Tray turned up, pitch black and not speckled as the photo that advertises the tray. Heavy and solid but this will need a soak after cooking as it’s not nonstick. Have noticed what looks like a speck of rust under the rim where the coating has a pinhole gap or what I call a fisheye. It’s bound to last years though and as it’s not expensive it’s not really a concern.
