The truth...as with all my reviews...as you can see from the photos, I have put some pipe lagging onto the legs, it protects the legs when on my patio or on the stone's, on the beach or at home. It's very sturdy, as long as you get off it the right way, just like any other folding sun lounger I have ever owned. Now for the face hole...you have to remember that the foam padding around the hole can be moved, not a lot, but I am 6 feet tall and have long arms, so I can read my screens or a book. If you are short you might not be able to do it. It's quite comfortable and the fabric does give a little, so try not to kneel on it. I can lay on my back, after removing the padding, and my feet and head are both on the sun lounger. It is what you pay for...for my small head the hole is comfortable if I place my forehead at the top of the hole. It's not as bad as other reviewers have written, but maybe they expect a lot for the money you pay for this one. You can get cheaper, you can get better, but can you get one with the hole? I would put a towel beneath my head and my body, especially in this warm summer of 2022. 10 minutes on your front is ample in this heat. The pads are velcro fitted, but all come off. It does not go completely flat because of the way it adjusts, I have a bad back and don't find it uncomfortable at all. I will put my yoga matt on it and a towel on top of that, works for me. Folds up as small as any other, even with the padding on it. Stitching looks and feels strong. The frame is well made and I have had no trouble with the legs. Perhaps others need to learn how to get on it properly. Great value, just because of the face hole, helps me, my back and my neck. I am sure most users can adjust the position of the foam or their face to fit comfortably. Most will understand you don't have to kneel on it, or sit on the edge or ends. It's great for my 1.80Mtrs height and 83 Kilogram weight. Thanks for reading. Hope this helps

Ok it is cheap , and quality is poor . But for the amount I’ll use it , it’s not to bad , You have to use a towel with this as material is rough . Face hole not very comfortable.

These were purchased when they were discounted and it was a great value for money. They are easy to fold up and down, very light weight to get in and out. They also fold up fairly slim. Only negative is the attachment, you need a large bag to store them in, if you would like to keep them, but they make the chair very comfortable.

I dont often write reviews but this product and the customer service needs one. I ordered 2 of these for my girlfriend and I. On arrival they were clearly of poor quality, not sturdy at all (I am 80kgs and she is 60kgs, and they have both collapsed under each of us individually). They are generally extremely 'cheap and nasty' feeling. I initiated a product return only to be told I could have a £10 partial refund as the loungers were crap. I initially considered this as I felt they could be back-up loungers for when friends came over etc. So I asked if it was £10 refund per chair or for the full order. Then I received an email back saying that because I was questioning the quality of the item, the company MHSTAR / Outsunny, would no longer be responsible for the return costs (even though they were initially) - leaving me to a sizeable amount to have to return them!. Even on being coerced into keeping these things, I have since had NO PARTIAL REFUND AT ALL, and essentially been roped into keeping woeful items. My advice, avoid this company and this product. Just in case MHSTAR have a problem with what I have written, I've copy and pasted the correspondence below. So comfy.Was able to relax in sun and still read my book and scroll through phone

I bought this as I find it very uncomfortable to lay on my front with my head twisted to the side. This works well although I have the long pillow in a different position so I dont squish my boob's. The only reason it doesn't have 5 stars is its slightly too wide to hold a book/phone/ipad comfortably when front lying

Bonne qualité de chaise j'aurais aimé qu'il est un tissus aussi pour fermer le trou et j'aurais aimé qu'elle soit un peu plus haute
