What is best size to get for 3 ?

We would recommend getting a size medium

Are these socks fully waterproof I have dressings on my big toe and can’t get them water.

Yes they are if you put them on correctly. However they fit incredibly tight and with an injury it can be a bit painful getting them on and off. I had a toe injury when I purchased and used them in the pool on holiday and on the beach and they worked well, but be prepared for a bit of discomfort in the process.

What adult shoe size will Medium size fit?

I take a size 5 in shoes although they are not easy to put on ( I bought mine to protect the bandage on a broken toe so a bit of a struggle to put on) have to stretch them but they fit well once on with half an inch spare at the end of the toes. I hope this will be of some help.
