what is the difference between white Tiger balm and red tiger balm?

hi there, white tiger balm is milder and can be used on the nose and lips, to aid breathing, Red tiger balm is slightly stronger and is great for aches and pains on joints and muscles, It is an ancient product and really works, but buy the best, ie, asian or chinese. Take care Andy.

What does it smell like?

It has a very very strong smell which many might not like. I'm not too bothered by it because it's not smelly. It's like camphor or menthol smell. And never put it near your eyes as it will sting. Must wash your hands thoroughly. I swear by this thing it's great. Nothing else works like it for me. All the best!
