Is this cream ok to use for 2 months old baby?

Yes it is indeed. I used aqueous cream on my baby daughter when she had eczema at about a month old x

Is this plain aqueous cream (as in the picture and title), or does it have menthol in as the description says? I want the plain cream with no menthol!

Active ingredients are: Emulsifying ointment 30% w/w (includes cetostearyl alcohol and sodium lauryl sulfate), white soft paraffin 15% w/w, liquid paraffin 6% w/w, also contains: phenoxyethanol, and purified water. Can this be used on the eyelid?
