No, it is just for hair treatment. For short hair apply to 2 to 3 pumps into the hand and distribute through towel dry hair evenly then style as normal. On longer hair use 4 to 5 pumps.

Can you use this straight after shower? or is it meant for before shower?

I use it after washing my hair. I towel-dry the hair first, then apply the oil, and then blow-dry it. My hair is long and the oil helps with untangling too. Other times, I can apply just a drop or two on dry hair if I feel it's too dry it frizzy. In any case, I don't see why you would want to use it right before a shower as it would wash the product right off.
