Ingredients are just what I need! I have a peanut and gluten allergy, so you’d be surprised how many multivitamins contain those ingredients.

I have been using these vitamins for over a year. I hope I can use them for the rest of my life as they are by far the best I have ever taken. Whereas the pill may be big you only have to take one, I think they are great value and I have had no negative side effects taking these. My skin and hair are healthy, my iron levels are balanced, and my energy and immunity are great. These vitamins never make me burp or leave a weird taste, I have never had a headache or dizziness from taking these which I have with other brands. I love the fact that this is a vegetarian wholefood vitamin with so many additional benefits and ingredients in it, and with none of the things I don’t want like garlic etc.

These are great! The “flavor” when you swallow them is pretty mild, they go down easily, and they don’t upset my tummy. Win!
