It won't charge, Is there a reason for this? I'm past my exchange window.

The ONLY thing I can think of, is the plug pushed in all of the way? I know at first mine didn't, I was putting it in the holder, but found laying on it's side and ensuring the plug was snug worked. Good Luck

Mine didn’t come fully charged but it is definitely not water resistant like it is advertised it quit working after 1 time use in shower
