I was surprised to find that this reduced my anxiety quite a lot. I took 15 ml in the morning then eventually I stated to take 15 ml in the night before I went o bed as well. When I started to take it at night I found that I was usually a lot less anxious in the morning. I feel more anxious in bed because I am not moving about to get rid of the adrenalin. My level of anxiety is low so I don't know what affect it might have on you if yours is high.It is also slowly reducing callousses on my feet and by my toe nails. I expect that it is excellent for my skin generally. It must be softening up my skin to get rid of the callouses.I bought it because someone said that it gets rid of the need to have glasses. I can see how this might be true since it is softening up my skin. I suspect that it might soften up whatever it is in the eye that becomes more rigid with age. I have not seen anyone else on the internet claiming that this product can do this on the internet so it could easily be not true. I am trying this out to see if I can get rid of my glasses. I expect that it will take a long time. I have started into my second bottle. I haven't noticed any difference to my eyes yet. It is early days. If it takes yers it will be worth it. I will find out. Hopefully I will write more reviews in the future to keep you informed of any progress.

Bought when I broke my toe, as a menopausal woman, I wanted a supplement. I had the added bonus of seeing an improvement in my skin too.

Neutral flavour, easy to take and came well recommended by a naturopathic expert for tons of stuff:- Hair, skin and nails- Joint pain- Stronger bones- General detox for aluminium/ heavy metals- Anti-ageing/ wrinkle (hope so!)Sold to me with lots of recommendations from her personal experience of cases. Already noticing stronger hair and nails (strongest I've had in many years already!) and a bit more of a glow to my skin maybe after one week? The rest will take from a few weeks to three months depending on what the symptoms are, but it's apparently much more efficient than nettle, horsetail, bamboo supplements etc. which are in most of the capsules for hair skin and nails according to clinical tests. Will update review later on once have further feedback/ experience.

Love this stuff, it really does your body a world of good.

The only thing I dislike about this product is that it is in a plastic bottle. Does not go hand in hand with ORGANIC. Plus the price warrants a glass bottle. I would ask the Seller to please consider using glass bottles. I have just received my order so too early to tell if it works. I will not order again because of the plastic bottles, which is a shame, as I think it is probably a great product, but being destroyed by the plastic bottles.
