I was using plastic spatulas in my cast iron skillets to keep from scratching the seasoning layers that I have built up. I was buying new ones constantly because the edges would start to get rough and I was afraid that bits of plastic were getting in our food. I threw them away and bought the best wooden utensils that I could find in our town and though nice, they were bulky, thick edged tools that required frequent oiling with butcher block oil. I read about Woodenhouse products and decided to order a 6 piece set. I was immediately impressed when I opened the box. The spatulas are thin but very strong, very easy to use, unlike their more bulky counterparts and the finish on them makes clean up and maintaining them a breeze. Every time that I use them, which is every day since I use cast iron every day, I am more impressed with their versatility. I have gotten away from nonstick but if someone needs a set of tools that won’t mess up your expensive nonstick pans this set is perfect for them. On top of being strong, functional kitchen tools they are a pretty piece of wood, well made and well finished that would look nice as serving pieces on most any table.

Well made, sturdy, polished real wood cooking and serving utensils. These are smooth without wood spurs or cracks. They are beautiful and could easily be displayed on your counter in a nice crock. If I liked having things setting on my counter that’s what I’d do. But they’re stuck in a drawer instead. The wood finish and graining is beautiful. They are easy to wash up in the sink, dry fast and stick back in the drawer. I don’t know how they’d hold up in a dish washer. I don’t believe in dish washers so I don’t have one. The weight and thickness of each tool is standard and work well with the cooking that I do. I use cast iron pots and pans so I didn’t buy these to prevent damage to my pots and pans. I purchased them because I wanted to get completely away from plastic to include plastic handles on metal cooking utensils. They are well worth the money and are a good quality. Very happy with the purchase. I had a few vintage wood utensils that I’d been using for 60 yrs. I’ll never see these get to 60 yrs but I believe if taken care of properly they will last at least that long.

Beautiful , smooth wooden utensil set. Looks good, works great. Easy clean. Nice selection to use. Actually replace my silicone set which I did not care for (tended to hold onto food).

I haven't used these utensils yet, but they are beautifully made and feel durable. They have such a variety of sizes and other functionality, it is actually surprising I have not found these before putting them on our wedding registry. I read the instructions card for the care to make sure these utensils last a lifetime, which I also posted a picture of to help those who may have thrown it out or for my own reference to go back to. I am so excited to use these after we finish moving into our new forever home, but for now, they look amazing hanging in my kitchen in their designated spot for easy access.

These wooden utensils are not only beautiful they do well when cooking and so easy to clean. Very sturdy, durable, the material is great quality. My first time using them in my home and I’m glad I picked them.

My plastic kitchen utensils were well loved so I decided to replace them with something fresh & durable. Happy with these. PROS: - Very sturdy! Durable and will last for many years! - Look great and way better than the plastic. Good consistent stain. - Fit nicely in my utensil holder - not too "thick!" - Work well - no complaints about them working as intended. - Easy to hold! CONS: - My ladle arrived chipped which is frustrating!

I love this set of wooden spoons/spatulas. They look nice on my counter. I highly recommend them. I can't say anything about durability since I just bought them. But, so far they seem durable.

Bardzo estetycznie wykonane przybory. Jakość wydaje się być ponadprzeciętna. Jedynie chochelka mogłaby być większa/głębsza, bo żeby nalać talerz zupy to pewnie trzeba min. z 6 takich chochelek.
