Tree presentation
I usually do not do written reviews, but I would like to state my disappointment in this tree. The tree is easy to put together, and the lights work, but have a short that makes them go out if the tree is moved. But, this is not where I am disappointed. That lies in the fact that the picture of the tree is a full, beautiful almost lifelike depiction, but the tree I received is somewhat thing, does not fill my corner and is incredibly sparse and see through even with all the branches spread apart. This is not my first artificial tree, so I have some experience. Usually I have real trees which is why I chose this tree over the others based on its picture. This year I was unable to have something real, and I upset at the fact I can see the wall behind the tree, after being put together and decorated.

Looks good after work
Good tree after a bit of work. Arrived in box with lot of damage but all lights worked. Need to fluff out the banches after assembly. Looks good after fluffing and ornaments

Lights Didn’t work
We bought this tree because of the lights, THE LIGHTS NEVER WORKED! They were to send a replacement light kit BEFORE CHRISTMAS it NEVER ARRIVED. Now we had a tree without lights. Very disappointing. Now mfg wants me to pay for light kit. This tree was never touched until week before Christmas very disappointed and mad.

I really like it. It's not quite as full as the picture, but nice. Time will tell. I hope to get many years of use out of it. It was easy to assemble as well. I'm a medium sized woman, and did it easily by myself. Thanks :)

Not what i expected!
Lights do not work. I ordered last january so cant return. It is thin and stand is flimsy. Lol...they did ship me a new power cord...havent tried it yet....not happy at all!!!!

Happy with my tree purchase.
I really like his tree!! I purchased two by accident then found a place for both of them. It could be thicker but it really looks pretty. Can't wait to put them both up and decorate. Would recommend!
