simple always read the label ... 2 oz / 15 gallons. when you fill up add 2 oz / 15 gallon before you pump. Don't worry about being exact in this case more is good and for car size tanks i don't think it matters whether you add before or after pumping. I'm not a representative of Polytron, this how i use it. I'm always leary of these type of products but i think this is the real deal. I notice improvements immediately after i added Polytron GDFC to my fuel: smoother running, better take offs and better MPG however the first time i added GDFC I am using it instead of Stanadyne OEM additive for lubricity since the fed's saw fit so remove sulfur(extreme pressure agent) from diesel. Similar immediately noticeable results from oil additive.
