No As growing magic mushrooms is a felony offense in the United States this does not contain any spores Magical or otherwise

Do the air filters need to be cleaned between batches or replaced? If cleaned, how should that be done?

They can be cleaned. I spray mine down with 70% isopropyl and they should be ready to go.

There's no such thing as a mushroom "seed", mushrooms grow from spores. Spores are not included, so your answer is "No"
