This little machine is amazing! I borrowed one from a friend to clean my car’s upholstery (26 yr old interior that’s never been properly detailed) and was so blown away by the result I immediately ordered one for myself! This powerful cleaner gets deep-set grime out in record time! It’s light weight and easy to transport and maneuver into tight spaces. The power cable is really long, so no extension cable necessary to do a whole couch or car! The hose is also very long and conveniently flexible. The water tanks are easy to remove and clean. The suction power is impressive for such a small contraption. Just a coupled passes and the carpet or upholstery is almost completely dry. Really convenient if you have to get a mess up quick but don’t want sopping wet surfaces left behind. It even got chili out of my kitchen rug! I cannot sing this thing’s praises enough! You will not regret getting one.

The first picture made me hesitate about posting this review. My god, that is disgusting, what will people think? lol.. Well, this is 4 years of sectional, pets, parties, smoking that the Bissel little green machine failed at doing before I bought this Kenmore machine. I'm usually skeptical when there's a new item out there that has excellent or really good reviews. I opted to go with the Bissel Little green disaster, errr, I mean machine. If you want a 1 use machine that hardly sucks up any liquid, save yourself the angst and just go rent a commercial machine. Mine lasted 1 time, count that 1 time and then it seemed like it was leaking from everywhere, Returned it, was offered a new one, said no, refund please. Bought this Kenmore ( I was never a fan of Kenmore products, maybe it was the Sears affiliation that tainted my opinion ) but I thought I would try it. Mainly because it has the highest Amp. power of all these portable cleaners. Do you research, I did. It has 7 amps, closest is the most expensive Bissel with 5.8 amps. First the cons; It was originally listed at a incredible price and I didn't get it . The day I decided to buy it, Amazon jacked the price up by 60%. Not Kenmore fault, so that's on me Next, the hose. It doesn't feel sturdy and I would expect that if anything were to break, that would be the first thing to go. Kenmore, fix this. Lastly, The brush attachments are great, a small crevice attachment would be helpful. The latch or click lock that tells you the attachment is secure attached needs improvement. For you to get the right suction, you have to use some pressure when you press the brush and roll the attachment across the fabric/carpet, the attachment did pop off a few times. Frustrating but I'll take that over having to refill a machine numerous times because it's leaking and or takes several days to dry because it has no suction power. PEOPLE, TRUST ME, THIS IS A VERIFIED PURCHASE - BOUGHT THIS IN LATE JANUARY OF 2024, HAVE USED IT ON SECTIONAL AND ARE RUG - IT IS A REALLY GOOD MACHINE.

كتبت هذه المراجعة قبل تجربة الجهاز للتنبيه فقط عن جهد الجهاز، حيث أنه يعمل بجهد 110 فولت وتحتاج لمحول كهربائي في حال كان منزلك على نظام الجهد الجديد في المملكة العربية السعودية (220-380) لم أجد ملاحظة في موقع أمازون تبين الجهد الكهربائي للجهاز الا على نفس الجهاز بعد استلامه. سأكتب المراجعة الكاملة بعد تجربتها ان شاء الله

Item blew on first use within seconds and no reply from the seller after several attempts to message them . Dont buy item was noisy on starting then filled with smoke and stopped working
