These have worked amazing for helping care for my grandma that recently had a terrible fall. The sound is loud enough you hear it but not so loud that it’s painful. I can’t speak much for the range or battery life because we haven’t had them long and her house isn’t too large but they are very easy to use. I plugged the hub into whatever room I was in, mostly a bedroom while she was in another part of the house and whenever she needed assistance, she pushed the button. Simple to use. Great solution to replace yelling for help.

I bought these for my older mom after she had a bad fall about 6 months ago. When I tell you I can sleep better being on a different floor... my son too who found her. She cannot yell loud enough if she falls for us to hear her. I am directly under her and still dint hear. This has given us such peace of mind in our home. We have the buttons every where she goes...her office, the bathroom, her bedroom, the living room, her walker in case she is between rooms. The plug in parts are great...loud and you can pick from so many sounds. We have them all over the other floor. If you are worried about trying something like this...do it! If you have a similar situation where the person is able to hit a button this will help you SO much. They work great! Wonderful device to help keep our loved ones safe. Thank you truly!

One of my tenants has bone cancer that is in remission at this time. She has limited resources so my friend across the street and I have tended to her for over three years. The last few months her mobility has declined even after strength training . She has fallen and my friend and I weren't aware because she couldn't reach her phone. So this last time I did research on Amazon and discovered the Caregiver pager. No contract or membership needed You just plug in the receiver and it has several various bell signals. It comes with a lanyard that you wear around the neck. It is light and the sound quality is excellent. The signal reaches 1500 ft. So Dee can receive the signal in her apt across the street. It is priced right. It comes with clear instructions. Batteries aren't required for the plug in receiver. The quality seems adequate and it has been of great use already. Cam loves her pager because now she doesn't feel helpless and Dee is not constantly worrying when she isn't with her. I really appreciate the relief we all have.

This has worked perfectly for us so far. We just needed something that allows my mom to call us when/if she can't get to her phone. It is loud enough that my son can hear it upstairs and was so easy to set up and use. I literally plugged it in and we were ready to go! Highly recommend if "your person" lives in the same house.

This device works well when staff decide to respond, and I was easily able to affix it to the wall. I am giving it 2 stars because it comes with one sticky pad, and I need to move my husband and have no way to affix it to the wall again. I wish it came with at least 3 sticky pads because the lanyard is not an option for him. The other issue is that the email address provided in the packaging to register the product for 2 yr. warranty comes back undeliverable, so I'm unable to register the product or request additional sticky pads. UPDATE: After I left my review, the company reached out to me which I appreciated. I have not had an issue with the item so far, but it would be nice to register it if I did encounter an issue. I hope they might consider including 2-3 sticky pads in the event of a move which does happen.

I purchased this item for my elderly mother who has dementia and recently moved in with us. She has arthritis in both knees, so she is usually in bed, a wheelchair or in a recliner and needed some way to let us know when she needed our assistance. Originally, she used her cellphone to call but as the dementia progressed, she experienced difficulty calling via phone. This item was perfect for us. The volume can be set to loud, medium, or low. It is not fragile, quite sturdy. the button is large enough to be easily managed by most patients with ease. Mom didn't like wearing it as a necklace so we added a clip so it can be attached to her clothing. It has been very helpful for us.

I bought the two pack. Placed one in front of house and one in garage. It is plenty loud to not miss the notification. I tried walking talkies but it was too complicated and my wife would not use them. This gives her and me peace of mind while I am away from her sight. Could not have been simpler to setup and start using!

Works well for town house application. Need to test occasionally.
