Cooling Earpads for Bose QC35 & QC35 ii - Black

I got these for my bose over the ear headphones. They were easy to change out. My ears didn't get sweaty during our 95°+ days. I didn't try adding the water like it said you could do, but I didn't feel I needed it. They haven't started peeling nor has the foam broken down any. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for something that feels comfortable and keeps your ears cool.

Easy to install Looks and works exactly like when the headphone was brand new.

I used these to replace the stock foam pads on my QC35. Those were worn out and barely hanging on by a thread. I didn't realize it, but a huge portion of the sound cancellation comes from the ear pads themselves. I had lost a LOT of sound cancellation with my headphones with my old worn out pads. These new ones slipped on in a few minutes, feel great. Look great and brought back my headphones to their full potential. As far as the "cooling" goes, the pads came with a small dropper where you add a few (literally only two or three!) drops of water to the pads before putting them on. This activates the "cooling effect" on the gel. And they aren't kidding! They feel ice cold when you put them on! They feel great and would buy this set again in the future should I ever need another replacement set.

Honest review but you be the judge. Ive been an aircraft mechanic for 15 years and have travelled all over the world. Ive been rocking the Bose Quiet Comfort 35s for years. Honestly I didnt even know you could replace the ear pads until I made this purchase. I took a shot in the dark and bought these with no reviews. I bought them because they looked similar to David Clark hush kits, if you have ever had a pair of David Clarks you will know what im talking about, if not apologies. These things are better than the originals that came with my Bose headset. Whats great is that they are larger so my ears fit into them and cancel out the noise even better. They are super soft and dont hurt my ears over long distance traveling. They require a smidge of finesse to lock the earpads into the grooves. The tool they supply works great. I highly recommend and will buy again as soon as this pair gets old. Well done!

Nice ear pads and they do keep you from sweating. There is actually a cooling effect as advertised.

Some things to note: 1) The top/bottom ear hole is going to be ~ 1/8th " longer than the original. If you have smaller ears - you're going to feel it. If you have larger ears - this may be more comfortable 2) Don't use the instructions - go to Youtube. I followed their instructions and broke the clips for my headphones 3) the "plastic" attached to the ear cushion isn't as firm as Bose and may not completely clip in super tightly. Once these wear out - I'll likely go back to Bose cushions.

Good build quality. These are cooler than the standard pads also. Beware though, installing these will require some serious effort. Use your nail instead of the plastic tool provided.
