Excellent customer service. I only received two ladles in the box of what was supposed to be a set of 3, and when I reached out to customer service, they responded to me within the hour and had replacements out to me within the same week. They were very prompt with their emails and timeliness. The ladles themselves are beautiful and I love the hooks on the back to rest on the pan. I have not yet used them but they look like they’ll hold up very well and like they were made very sturdy. They are lightweight and easy to hold, and the finish on them makes them nice and smooth. I am very impressed with both the product and the company themselves and would highly recommend ordering from them if you’re on the fence!

Sometimes form and function meet in a really pleasing way and I think this ladle is an example. It looks great and serves its purpose beautifully. Seems to be made from one high-quality piece of wood. Seems like something that could not have been made entirely on machines; somewhere along the line a craftsperson laid their hands on this. The finish is "food-grade, non toxic lacquer." I don't doubt that but I'd like to know, just from curiosity, a bit more. Processed walnut oil? Just wondering. The piece makes me think of Shaker design.

I like the 3 different sizes of ladles in this set. this is why I ordered these. I also like how they are made with the notch so as not to slip into the pot or bowl. These are easy to wash and dry by hand. After I hand dry them, I lightly oil these with a little grape seed oil, or olive oil before I store them in my utensil canister.

Well made but small scoop for soup.

We’re transitioning away from plastic, so we’ve been switching all our cooking utensils to wood, and this ladle is a great addition to our kitchen. It’s perfect for soups, ramen, and everyday cooking. I also really like that it’s a slightly darker wood. As someone of Indian heritage who cooks with a lot of spices, I appreciate that it doesn’t retain stains, colors, or smells. It still looks clean and new even after regular use. Simple, sturdy, and a great eco-friendly swap.

Finally able to get rid of the plastic. Best laddels I have and easy to clean. No dishwasher no soaking just clean with detergent rinse and dry.
