The media could not be loaded. I really Really like the design of this traveling mug and it does keep coffee hot for several hours so it works however there is a slight defect. The lid (open/close area) you are not able to fully clean the inside of the slider that goes up and down. See video. So coffee build up remains. I’ve tried submerging it with soap/water of course but without actually scrubbing the inside …. It’s safe to assume it’s doesn’t get fully clean. The video you see if the mug after all day use so you can see how much build up gets in there. For reference I’ve been using this almost daily for about 2 months or so.FEB 2025 UPDATE: I ended Up just buying a new plastic lid about a year ago (maybe a few months after my initial review/purchase l) and it fit perfect on the mug. A lid that you can actually disconnect and clean properly. See updated pic. Mug is still great: design remains perfectly in tact and still keeps drinks hot for several hours (I dont Use it for cold drinks but I can Imagine that it’ll work just as good).
