This is a great product! I love that it is plastic free, the flavor lasts a long time, it's sugar free, made with xylitol so it's a negative calorie for the bugs that live in your mouth (read, it's anti-cavity) and the price point is decent as well. Sure, it's more expensive than other gum, but if you care about what you're putting into your body, then it's worth it. Frankly it holds it's flavor longer than many other 'regular' gums out there. Just a note, as with this product and any others containing xylitol, do NOT let your dog get a hold of it. Very toxic to dog kidneys.

I purchased PUR Gum mainly for the dental benefits of xylitol. I was originally considering Zellie’s, but since the ingredients are very similar and PUR is more affordable, I decided to give it a try. PUR also offers a wider variety of flavors, which is a nice bonus. I went with the Wintergreen flavor, and it’s definitely potent—very refreshing and bold. The sweetness doesn’t last very long, but that’s not a dealbreaker for me, since I’m chewing primarily for oral health rather than taste. The initial texture is softer than brands like Extra or Orbit, but it's not unpleasant, and it stiffens up as you chew. Overall, it’s a solid, budget-friendly option for xylitol gum.

Our family loves this gum. The wintermint is our favorite so far. It has a nice minty flavor that lasts.

Gum that is GF and taste good. Nothing bad in this gum except aspartame. The flavor doesn’t last very long but long enough that your jaw isn’t tired and you feel like you got to chew some gum. I’m buying more in different flavors.

This is five-star because of the pure ingredients this company uses. However, the flavor of this wintergreen gum definitely did not taste like wintergreen. It had an extremely strong "mint type" of taste - more like a strong kind of medicine. Disappointed in the flavor.

I have been using PUR Sugar Free Chewing Gum after meals, and it works extremely well for me. I usually chew one piece for about 10 minutes after eating, and my teeth feel very clean afterwards. I chew around 5 pieces per day, either after meals or after drinking lemon water. When I run my tongue over my teeth, they feel smooth and free from food buildup, which gives a very fresh and clean feeling. After using this gum for about six months, my dentist complimented me on how well I take care of my teeth. Before using this gum, I didn’t receive such feedback, so I truly believe it helped improve the condition of my teeth. For the best results, I personally avoid eating or drinking for 1–2 hours after chewing, so the cleaning effect lasts longer. So far, I haven’t noticed any negatives. The taste is pleasant, and the texture is good. Some people might find the flavor mild, but for me it’s perfect. Results may vary depending on personal habits and dental routines. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to keep their teeth feeling clean between brushing.

Love these! Several flavours are good but this one is my personal favourite. I try to remember to chew one right after every meal as the xylitol (a natural sweetener extracted from birch bark ... who knew) neutralizes / kills bacteria that cause plaque and cavities. I mean these things are actually GOOD for your tooth enamel! And Pür is a Canadian company, so win-win! :)
