A rotten box
When I opened the delivery, it was a rotten box with no plastic seal on the outside, so I don't know if it was returned and sold to me.

bootle caps design is defective
When I opened the parcel, I found the outer package was wet. Then I took out the bottle and only half of the liquid was left. bottle caps cannot be completely screwed up, bottle cap design is defective, very disappointing purchase experience

very strong smell
the product has a very strong smell and is oily. this should be mentioned in the description. it is not suitable for people who are suffering from migraine. the smell causes headaches.

AVOID THIS SUPPLIER
I bought this originally on a BA flight and the product was great. This was not the same product. The liquid was different and smelt really odd. I would hazard a guest it was a fake. AVOID

i used this product as it stated an it only lasted 3 weeks it says there is a 2 months supply an i have seen no difference at all

This stuff actually works!
I cannot believe how fast this stuff worked. I had a big postpartum shed and lost a ton of hair, so bad that I had bald spots on my temples. I started using this and within 1-2 months I had regrowth sprouting up everywhere. I think my hair would have eventually come back since it was just a hormonal shift that caused it, but I don't think it would have come back nearly as fast without this serum. As a bonus, it smells fantastic and doesn't feel greasy on mornings when I put it on after I shower. I usually put it on at night before bed though.

Es una pasada lo efectivo que es. Lo llevo usando tres meses, tengo el pelo fino y quebradizo y me ha crecido muchísimo pelo nuevo, ya no tengo las típicas "entraditas" y noto las coletas con mucho más volumen. Sin duda repetiré.
